Douglah, Gordon, Hansen Promoted to Partner

Lyda Law Firm is pleased to announce that attorneys Denise Hanse, Ryan Gordon, and Megan Douglah have been promoted to Partner. These excellent attorneys have made crucial contributions to the firm as we grew, navigated a pandemic, and expanded to six states - and counting!

Megan Douglah is an attorney in Denver. Her practice is varied, from representing consumers and tenants to representing small businesses and social enterprises. Her diligent and principled representation of clients draws on her background in human rights and corporate responsibility law.

Denise Hansen is an attorney in the Seattle area. Her varied practice draws on her background as a family law attorney and as an auditor. She provides services to nonprofits, small businesses, and individuals, and she continues to provide services including collaborative family law and pre/postnuptial agreements.

Ryan Gordon provides transactional and litigation services to startups and small businesses. He draws on his JD/MBA degrees to provide practical and well-reasoned legal services to business clients. His litigation experience makes him a better transactional attorney, and vice-versa.
