We understand what it takes to run a business. We believe in transparent, affordable pricing so that you can establish a reliable budget.

We offer the below services on a flat-fee basis. For all other matters, our hourly rates generally range from $250 to $400. Flat fees must be paid in advance. Lyda Law Firm will bill time overruns for flat-fee matters at our normal hourly rates.

Meetings offered below are by video conference or teleconference. Unless otherwise specified, the prices listed below do not include government fees. Client is responsible for providing information necessary to complete legal tasks. Not all matters will be appropriate for flat fees.

Prices subject to change. Attorneys reserve the right to adjust fees, in consultation with the client, based on client needs, matter complexity, or other factors in the attorney's discretion.
