We offer the below services on a flat-fee basis. For all other matters, our hourly rates generally range from $225 to $350. Flat fees must be paid in advance. Lyda Law Firm will bill time overruns for flat-fee matters at our normal hourly rates.
Meetings offered below are by video conference or teleconference. Unless otherwise specified, the prices listed below do not include government fees. Client is responsible for providing information necessary to complete legal tasks. Not all matters will be appropriate for flat fees.

- Complimentary 30-minute attorney conversation with named Trustee or Personal Representative.
- Secure online digital storage and access to estate plan documents.
- (1) Complimentary 30-minute consultation on other legal matters within the scope of Firm practice
- 15% discount on additional legal services relating to your estate plan such as deeds or probate.
- 15% discount on attorney hourly rate for legal services not related to your estate plan.
