Sometimes these discount provisions are buried deep in the agreement so that some renters mistakenly overlook them. So when you see the rental price, make sure this wasn’t offered at a discount, and try to see what the actual rental price is. Make sure you read the lease agreement carefully, as you might find an unsavory clause buried deep within the agreement."
