Compensation

We compensate purely on a transparent revenue-sharing approach.

If you originate and service a case, your wage is 60% of that revenue, paid as a W-2 employee (so we pay employer-side payroll taxes as well as the benefits described below).

We believe in transparency, fairness, and the entrepreneurial spirit, and our compensation reflects those beliefs.
