Emma Wood is a Legal Assistant at Lyda Law Firm dedicated to providing a welcoming, compassionate, and responsive service to clients. With a professional background in teaching, coaching, and customer service roles in the food industry, she prioritizes strong relationships and communication in her work.

While earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Gonzaga University, Emma pursued self-directed research projects and tutored students at the university’s Writing Center. Following graduation, she enjoyed teaching students in the subjects and sports she loved most, especially history, English, and volleyball.

In fact, when she’s not at work, Emma is probably playing volleyball. She also loves cooking with her sister, reading, playing video games, and taking long, appreciative hikes within Colorado’s beautiful Rocky Mountains.
