Jameson Kearney

Jameson Kearney represents small businesses, startups, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of transactional matters in the San Diego area.

Before joining Lyda Group, Jameson worked in digital strategy and sponsorships for Major League Baseball and the National Football League. Jameson earned her B.S. in Sport Management from Syracuse University and her J.D. from Southwestern Law School’s accelerated SCALE Program. During law school, Jameson served as Vice President of the Sports Law Society and graduated with a concentration in technology law and entrepreneurship.

Jameson is dedicated to working closely with her clients to understand the entire business and how a given transaction fits into the overall picture, offering transparency and education at every stage. Having started two small businesses herself, Jameson understands the complex challenges businesses face and as a result, can deliver more relevant, practical advice.  

Jameson is currently a member of the California Lawyers Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, Startup San Diego, and SCORE San Diego.
