Eve Lumsden

Eve Lumsden represents Florida clients with passion and compassion in a variety of legal matters including estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, contracts review, debt defense, judgment settlement, and foreclosure defense. A 20-year Florida resident, she prides herself on zealously advocating for her community through her legal career and her volunteerism. Eve received her J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando in early 2021 after almost two decades in hospitality, most recently leading award-winning sales teams of convention hotels. Since becoming a lawyer she has volunteered as a Guardian Ad Litem and housing intake specialist with the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, where she currently takes pro bono cases in a variety of legal areas.  

Eve has served on the Board of Directors of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers since she attended law school; she is presently in her second consecutive year as the Young Lawyers' Director where she oversees the application process for grants and awards. In 2022 Evehas won the Florida Bar Trailblazers Award as well as the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers' Emerging Leader Award. Also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers' Division, Eve loves to network within her community and beyond.
When not at work Eve spends time with her husband and three daughters doing anything outdoors in the Florida sunshine as a family, and volunteering with multiple Parent/Teacher organizations.
