Ana Estrada

Attorney Licensed in Texas

As someone who grew up seeing her parents run their own small business and take care of the family through small business ownership, Ana understands the hard work, courage, and dedication it takes to be a small business owner. As a result, Ana not only enjoys helping people who want to start their own small businesses, but she also values her role as a counselor and as an educator to them. She supports small business owners and the self-employed by providing them with the initial advice they need to get organized, business formation assistance, drafting and reviewing services for their commercial contracts and business documents, and general advice and counsel on a variety of matters affecting small businesses and the self-employed. Prior to focusing on small businesses, Ana worked in multiple areas of the law including real estate litigation, foreclosure defense, criminal defense, and business immigration.

Ana also has experience in the business sector working with executives as a management consultant and in the nonprofit sector where she has worked in program development (Texas Community Building with Attorney Resources; Legal Assistance to Micro-enterprises Project; Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce); has provided direct services to underserved populations (Texas C-BAR; Legal Assistance to Micro-enterprises Project; Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center;  Public Defender’s Office 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida), and has served on numerous Boards of Directors (the Economic Growth Business Incubator, the Association of Mexican Entrepreneurs in Austin, the Hispanic Bar Association of Austin, Bookspring, and Bilingual Toastmasters).

Outside of work, Ana enjoys arts events, music shows, dancing, traveling, reading, and practicing meditation.
